How It Works

  1. Build Your List: Pick a set, search by card name, choose condition and foil, then click Add to List.
  2. Submit for Approval: Choose Store Credit or Cash (PayPal). We review/approve the list.
  3. Confirm & Ship: Confirm the final list, then ship with tracking and insurance.
  4. Verification & Payout: We verify authenticity/condition. Adjustments auto-apply. Payout in up to 14 business days.

Packing & Shipping Requirements

  • Sleeve & team-bag stacks; toploader any card over $20.
  • Use bubble mailers or sturdy boxes with filler — no loose cards.
  • Always use tracking & insurance. Harsh Reality Gaming is not responsible for transit loss/damage.

Processing & Turnaround

Verification takes up to 14 business days. Payout via Store Credit, PayPal, Zelle, ACH, or Check (if enabled).

Payout Options

  • Store Credit (Best Rate): Auto-issued to your account email as a coupon.
  • Cash (PayPal): Provide your PayPal email at submission.
  • Other Methods: Zelle / ACH / Check (if enabled).

Our Buy Policy

  • Authentic cards only. Counterfeits/altered cards are rejected.
  • Conditions follow TCG guidelines; over-graded entries are corrected.
  • Buy limits may apply per card/set, based on stock needs.
