1. Return Requests

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

2. How to Return

Package items securely.
Include order details inside the return.
Ship with a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items picked up in person.
Opened or damaged products not due to shipping issues.
Factory defects (please contact the manufacturer directly).

4. Refunds

Issued after inspection of returned items.
Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us immediately with photos.
