1. Return Requests
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
- Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
2. How to Return
- Package items securely.
- Include order details inside the return.
- Ship with a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items picked up in person.
- Opened or damaged products not due to shipping issues.
- Factory defects (please contact the manufacturer directly).
4. Refunds
- Issued after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
